I have watched the whole series on the Nugget Project, as someone that isn't very familiar with tools and etc, i feel really tempted to actually do this, since i have been looking around for my own race car project, thanks for the tips and showing everything really cool channel and deservers more attetion for sure!

To get the most out of the rear shoes you may want to consider putting marking chalk on the shoes then squeeze the brake. This can show you high and low spots then sand the shoe even. A lot of work for rear shoes but an option.

Agree mate, but it's very slow. Been in the shed for weeks and there is one drop forming on the sump, nothing on the ground so it's very minor, I'll look into it.

Any reason you still keeping that front brake setup and haven’t gone to the Elantra setup there a bigger disc and caliper and much easier to do a disc swap

I've heard a few mixed reviews about the elantra setup, but then again there is a crazy amount of opinions about everything in the excel world haha, i might try it later on but right now i need to put that money toward race suit and stuff like that :)

Hey Denis, i presume you are talking about the rear drums, the x3 race category has a lot of regulations to keep it cheap, one of the rules is keeping the brakes standard, so we have to run the rear drums sadly!
