yeah absolutely, it's hard to remember everything when filming but i always calibrate it to the garage floor then do the wheel :)

OK, officially addicted to your videos dude! I'm looking at buying a completed car very soon and your videos have been so helpful in making this decision, way out of my depth on doing a rebuild so thanks for your hard work! Good job 👍🏻. I wonder if glueing rare earth magnets on the back of the plates where the end of the tape measures go would make sure they stay in the correct spot a bit easier?

about suspension geometry and that stuff... you forgot the extreme 70´s rake... that just looks cool but have no positive effect on the car what so ever :D also.. Caster wich regulates how hard the steering wheel is to turn and how much it wants to return to the center position.. that also has a huge impact on how the car is to drive.

Yeah definitely! The rake run on the excels helps with tip in, as it's front wheel drive and really prone to understeer having that height in the back helps get the back lose around corners. Caster is something i'll definitely have a play with later on down the track, the steering itself feels pretty good right now but will make up some slip plates and measure the caster on it later on and see where we're at :)

These tape measure is not the same = 1 m ain't a 1m on both. Have you tryed them side by side.
