Hey sis I didn't know they charge for preceptor. Wow 600 dollars Mann they want money everyone No money to be wasted that crazy. Thanks for the heads up in my future journey for nursing leadership at capella I'm doing my BA now in healthscience. These prices are crazy.

I’m proud of you Ruby!!! I just started the MSN on 10/7 & plan on knocking out the first 7 courses in one cycle. The other 6 require practicum hours and I haven’t found a preceptor yet. Nurses are charging $3750 for those 500hrs 😢. Meanwhile, I’m not in a rush 👩🏽‍⚕️📚

Thank you! And it’s wild! I would say try some of the sites on the affiliation list, especially if it’s a larger hospital or nursing home they may do it for free. If they have a website try to search who is in their education department or in a nurse leadership position and email them. I noticed it’s moreso NPs with a private practice that are charging high, that’s why they’re willing to do it. Let me know how your search goes!
