I have a terrible fever and general illness today and have been in bad feeling sorry for myself... but instead of wasting my time wishing I felt better, I'll try to focus on hoping YOUR situation improves. Normally I'm quite long-winded, but for now I'll just say that I truly hope the position you're in improves, and regardless of outcome I wish you the best in retaining your sanity. Be strong, but don't hide from others when you're feeling weak. More random strangers care about you and everyone else more than you could ever know- I'd back up that statement with my life. There is a fantastic chapter on feelings. I think it is chapter three. In regards to anger I think the author starts out by saying it is a beautiful transformative emotion. Lots of gold in that book. Highly recommend.

Would you be able to interview some of these international viewers because you'll find how much the laughter you bring means so much to them. Dang what a great attitude! I was 18 when I broke my neck and my credit after a car wreck. It changed my whole personality and life. Someone told me they didn’t believe people who say they’re blessed by a “bad” event. It took me a while to truly feel grateful for what happened, because I wasn’t as aware as Rail Baby is, (maybe because of my TBI). But I’ve said for years now - I wouldn’t change it either! I knew after my accident I was here for a reason too! ❤ I’m so grateful I can walk, talk, and laugh along with Theo and a young man who’s a miracle! “There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.” - Shakespeare.

Once on vacation I heard a voice in my head telling me "your dad's dead" but I sort of brushed it off. When I got home from the vacation my dad told me he had leukemia. For a long time I couldn't figure out why I heard the voice. All I know is that I spent as much quality time with him as I could. When he died it wasn't from leukemia. He had been at Walter Reed for some tests and procedures. He had fluid aspirated from his lung and the nurse unknowingly nicked an artery. He left the office and died in the elevator from bleeding to death. Then someone stole his wallet. Bottom line is that I had good solid moments with my dad before he died. I'm thankful for that voice because it gave me a wake up call.

Im with you my friend.... I turned 33 in June and ive literally not celebrated my own birthday since i was 15 and for me personally i feel like holidays in general are unimportant and people put too much sentimental value on them rather than have a practical standpoint on them. Ie: most people go out of their way and also go all out making food and spending all kinds of money on useless items that ultimately end up in a drawer or closet, I would much rather give my wife and children and. Close friends gifts throughout the year for no reason just because im thinking about them in that particular moment and i personally feel like that is a more morally valuable and realistic thought process
