I would recommend using the menu entry swapper plug in. This will allow to simply left click the item to build and then also left click the item to remove. Eliminates the need to right click then left click. Enable the plug in. Then hold shift and click on the item you want to swap. Here's an example, building/removing tables. Hold shift then right click on table space ---> hover over swap left click---> then click build. Then do the same thing to remove it. Very useful plug in that can be used on anything. Hope this helps!

A really good guide. I will say that one reason I loved training via Mahogany Homes was the ability to hi alch while running from location to location. Doing so on highly profitable items like dhide bodies or battlestaffs makes up for more than half of the cost of training, at least until Expert.

Aye bro have you ever tried high alch combat? Used to do that a lot and it was fun as shit. I would buy 1-2k earth battlestaffs or make them and then high alch them with my slayer task. Attack > high alch > attack > high alch Time goes by super fast

The new armored zombies that came out today drops noted planks (10 planks, 5 oak, 2 teak) fairly regularly. Along with herbs I'm sure it will be common to farm for ironmen.

extra tip if you bring rune pouch with lava runes and a mist battle staf with xerics amulet you can tele everywhere without using tabs (500gp each) so you only pay like (150gp per tele) hope it helps

Really not believing the xp rates for some of these videos, like they're still good (maybe the best) methods but unless you're running a bot I don't see how in the hell you're actually reaching 700k - mil/hr on benches.

Playing mahogany homes you can earn points and exchange them for rewards, among them are the construction set that increases exp/hr, a lock that you can equip and free up inventory space, the plank sack that can carry 28 more planks and finally boxes that grant rewards that don't compensate for the expenses but cushion the costs of training. Personally I recommend playing the minigame to get the bag of planks, the set and then the traditional method. Finally, you don't need gracefull or stamina potions because at the end of each order, if you talk to the owner of the house he gives you a tea that recharges your run to 100%.

Nice guide. Very informative. Perhaps not significant on the road to 99, but you could've added wintertodt construction exp as an alternative method to get a few levels if you wish to get 99 fm, especially when doing solo wintertodt.

1-99 constructions as 4gvn Iceman. Get 99 fishing all at tempoross while repairing the masts and totems. From there, go to wintertodt and stay until you get a phoenix pet. Guaranteed 99 due to exceptionally bad luck. Should only take a year or so...

If you solo Wintertodt from 1 to 99 firemaking you can get over level 70 construction.

Awesome video as always! Quick question, is there a reason not to start doing teak larders at 43 Construction? They cost slightly more but you also need less planks so the price difference is 1.6 mil from 43 to level 72 but you only have to make 1.1k larders instead of 1.6k.

It is significantly cheaper and only slightly slower to TP to seers bank get planks and then House TP back, build and repeat vs a Demon Butler. I don't have Seers tele but am averaging 90k exp an hour with Camelot tele and running to seers making oak larders.

I don't know where you get those xp rates from Did mahogany tablet until 99 750k xp/h And you can't get 1.1M with benches either. Unless you are a robot. You gotta be tick perfect everytime If you lose one tick the xp rate drops drastically

Been working on mahogany tables I'm level 95 should be 99 by Friday. I'm using a Imcando hammer to save spaces since you can weild it. Also using the demon buttler and servant money bag. I do have the crystal saw and tea and stew spices too boost but I want level 99 for the cape so I can teleport to any house portal in the game and my own house.

I have tried so many different ways to get 550k xp with those oak doors. not even close. I get like 450 at perfect clicks lol
