You're welcome. Thanks for watching. And by the way, your carbs are the earlier model which have a pressed in low jet. Mine are a later model...screw in low jet. Easy to remove.

OK great that Honda improved that jet With the Carb clean up I found that removing all the jets then putting all the parts in the ultra sonic for and hour then finish off with a soda blast brought them up really nice Could I ask you for a favour ? I have to rebuild my differential and I don't have the special preload tool could you tell me what the diameter of where string runs is ?

Last question before you start your next build!!. What size of micrometers did you need? 25, 50, 75, 100 or even bigger?. Looking to buy a set. I have my engine completely striped and need to buy a few more tools before rebuild.

4 PC Micrometer Set 0-25-50-75-100mm and 3mm - 13mm Small Hole Bore Gauge Set. But the Vernier came in very handy. There was no wear anywhere, but I guess one doesn't know until one measures.

Hey mate! Your videos have been a becon of hope for my cxbuild at the moment. I have a few questions. How did you prepare your frame for powder coat without filling the swingarm Bearing/ swing arm pin with paint?

Hey Ozzy....If you watch the Swing arm video you will see that paint did get in, and I had to dremel it out.
