Depending how big you want for cabins, you can buy military cabins which used to go on the back of lorries, these are normally insulated and easily converted into shepherd huts. I saw some on the North East Bulgaria groups

Christmas was always the hardest time for us, although we love the celebrations in Bulgaria on Xmas day, we would have liked our family to experience with us. You were lucky to find a decent builder. We had a Lada Niva, it was a little tank lol and great fun to drive. Vratsa looks lovely. Fingers crossed you get your permits sorted soon. Videnov is fab!

Brilliant progress, and you want your house looking how you want it. There's no point making everything stand out too much from the other locals house's, so i think you're doing the right thing 👍 it's a shame you don't know anyone with a JCB and a levelling bucket, you'd have your land levelled in a few passes 😁

Not sure what the issue is regarding the gate entrance, it looks like there's a big enough gap between two trees. Just move the gate.

You are to tall for a niva. A great motor for overlanding is the Nissan Patrol. The Ineos is a good motor too, but expensive.
