Andy is so real for Closing Time. When i was a manager somewhere, we had an unusually nice sound system with large speakers on the walls. It was like a night club. No other locations had that. I had a closing playlist I would start about 30 minutes before close, and on a good day we'd be out the doors within 5 minutes of closing time. That was so much fun 😁

@walexander8378 none actually! I was big on training and support and helping people. I wouldn't tell anyone how to live their life, but I tried to help them separate their work and life so that way work could be a fun place to sort of escape for a while (it was a very busy place so there was never time to even think lol) I only had 1 guy who needed a lot of help, but he was very young so he didn't have the mental tools needed to do that yet. But he stayed and quickly got good 👍 and then there was one guy who quit after like 3 days. He uh had troubles staying out of jail and I don't think it was the time or place for him or me to help that. Everyone on the crew was there to work, so that made it really to help everyone grow. I learned that almost nobody needs to be fired imo. Firings only happen if the upper structure is weak. A bad or lazy manager fires people.
