It's difficult to make South Park compilations because you need the full context of every episode to truly appreciate the jokes. They build jokes from the beginning of the episode to the end. Without context, most of the jokes won't make sense. There are far fewer cutaway jokes like in Family Guy that serve to be better fit in a compilation.
