Windows 10 11 Wireless display connection problems question

My PC casts to my Samsung series 7 55 inch tv. All has been working fine for several years. However, recently my Samsung series 7 no longer shows up under the wireless display within settings. At times another TV, I think my neighbors LG, shows up but not my Samsung. Happens on both my PC, both running on Windows 11. I've done my due diligence, can't figure this out, please advise.

hi. the option "connect to a wireless display" doesn't show in settings system > display > multiple displays. any help would be appreciated. thanks

go to optional features in the systems tab in ur settings, then click the top right add features, search wireless display, click add, then wait for it to install

my hp connects to my samsung tv sometime but it would disconnect or it won't connect at all.

Hello, I have been using Windows 11 and computer on Wifi. My Samsung TV capable of 4K is connected via Ethernet cable. Do you please know by any chance why the 4K resolution on the TV is not showing up? The max I can get is HD. Thanks Jerry

windows 10 had no problem connecting my laptop screen to LG tv. Now its windows 11 it never works- progress eh- not!!1

Nowadays You don't need to connect to network to do wireless display. It working ad-hoc

I was previously able to cast my HP all in one desktop to my Samsung 65 inch TV and suddenly lost that ability. It does not show on wireless list when I go to connect to display> Any idea what might have happen?

I have 3 computers. desktop, laptop and surface pro. desktop will cast to laptop and surface. trying to get laptop to surface and will not work. suggestions?

man im so angry my tv was working to good and stop i do all i know its not connecting any more to my tv i can see it but i cant get coonected !! can you help ?

Same here, I have a laptop running windows 11 can connect to my smart tv no problem, but when I try to connect my desktop Window 10, I select my tv and loads then doesnt connect. I dont get it.

5 ghz is bad if you have a wall between your router and PC

the problem is Windows 11

they dont have game mode on windows 11 anymore :( . it made the wireless displays alot faster. now its too laggy.
