Steve, I sent you some Gamakatsu sand worms. I’m thinking these may be much tougher than the Gulp. Give them a shot if you want. I figure if you like them, I’ll order me some too. Thanks so much for your videos - Aaron

I got them in the mail yesterday and I tried them out so far have not caught a fish on them. It’s something about that gulp sand worm they love.

I do not use my live scope like that. I locate the fish and then I fish by instinct.

I see the fish are there but fish by instinct at that point, my transducer is on a moving trolling motor and it does not stay on the spot to see all of that.

Just gotta wonder if you could catch a fish with out live scope. Everyone don’t have the means to have those things. Personally I enjoyed watching you before live scope

There is a public lake I know and fish at that has bigger crappies than Murray. They are big enough to eat and swallow bass jigs with equally sized big bream and yellow perch. Lake rules don't allow big boats, gas motors, and has a sidewalk sized boat ramp. Lake even has its own security system (big Gators).

On brush piles like today I am not watching my bait on the livescope while I am fishing, I only use it to see if they are there. I am fishing on natural instant.

I was catching crappie the same way before livescope, livescope does not make them bite. If you had one you will see that. Livescope helps save you time not to fish water with no fish. I can do the same thing with a old time flasher.

Totally agree I was catching big fish way before live scope and I generally use my live scope now to watch fish move in and out to see how they behave everything else most of us already learned long ago old fisherman is a deep water expert on fish this I lack in I have been trying techniques in Monticello learning deep water techniques I usually fish in deep cover and shallow water last week was excellent catching three pound shell crackers and crappie that takes two hands wide open to hold them my situation is the colder it gets the better the fishing becomes
