I'm so glad you live the central valley and Stockton delta like I do! Stockton born and raised! I hope to sharpen my carp fishing skills this winter after years of striper and channel catfish. @@elgatorecycled Yes, it is nice to be close to the fishing areas/ spots. Especially when love the outdoors/ fishing. Carp fishing huh? 🤔 That does sound fun too. They’re fun fish to catch. Yes, fry fishes see very delicious! Especially it taste even better when we’re out there. We really enjoy our little Yota camper very much! She is a rare beauty for sure. Our 1st. fishing spot is call Beacon Island. Our 2nd. & 3rd. spot is call Whiskey Slough. It is in Stockton, Ca. We hope you go out there and enjoy! If you google it, you will not miss it.

Bacon Island,.. Near Bullfrog Marina. 2nd spot is Empire Cut,.. below Whiskey Slough. Mostly everyone there was fishing for panfish. Tough bite for striper. Best way is to catch a bluegill and throw him back out as bait.
