Godzilla was traveling the world to destroy those Apex facilities. Also in the other two films he was again traveling vast distances across the oceans to get to where he needed to be. Kong on the other hand merely has to run around his island to get to a creature he needs to put down. Naturally Godzilla will be tired in his fights while Kong will not be due to the vast difference in distance traveled.

@@Ionstorm2002 let’s not forget long won round 2 and Godzilla spammed his atomic breath because of how fast kong was, Godzilla finally got him and stepped on him while roaring to show dominance but King Kong did the same because King Kong as a character does not back down even when he is at his lowest In a fight, this same (not gonna back down even if I’m hurt) energy is used in King Kong skull island where King Kong was brutally burned and didn’t back down, he was also getting beat up horribly by the gaint skull crawler and still kept pushing like he was a zombie that couldn’t feel pain. Round 1 is a difficult thing to say because Godzilla couldn’t keep up with kong on the boats so he dragged kong into the water instead because fighting him head on wasn’t working, same happened in Hong Kong when they were fighting in the city, Godzilla’s heavy body is what was keeping him from catching up with kong, using his atomic breath as an advantage is smart though because it kept kong on his toes allowing Godzilla to suprise attack him and intemidate him.

The so called round two is a draw as they both were knocked down and they both had to get back up. In Kong case however he was flung back while Godzilla fell over where he was standing. Kong being an ape was able to get back up faster but Godzilla still picked himself up and kept going.

One clarification: Kong almost barely able to made it to top 10 strongest titan in Monsterverse. There is a lot of titan that are capable of defeating Kong With Axe. Kong With Charged Axe wouldn't do much help on scaling him. Technically (if we going by the official book) Godzilla takes iq due to basically being all-seeing.
