@@michaelraml4465 It's not sticking for you because you're not enjoying the class. Try to find a youtuber that teaches chemistry in a fun way, or just watch some chemistry experiments like, "the worlds largest elephant's toothpaste" in order to associate chemistry with something fun. This will make you more curious about how it all works and cause you to pay attention more which will make it easier to learn.

@@miguelsalgado3351 I can relate. my profeser gives us unrelated labs and seems to think a C is an A so he walks around bragging about how all of us are making a C in his class. Good bye 3.8 gpa that I worked so hard to achieve along with scholarship money and the money I paid to take this class that I was forced to take.

Question 5 states that the time is 4.7 minutes. When converting minutes to seconds, you input "47" instead of 4.7 minutes. Therefore the correct anwser for the conversion equation from minutes to seconds is 282, not 28205.

In problem number 5 did you mean to change the 4.7 mins given in the problem to 47 mins when you were calculating the seconds ?

he mistakenly multiplied 47 min with 60, where its supposed to be 4.7min multiply with 60s. thats why he changed 2820s to 282s.

33:41 it has to be zero or first order since the concentrations are decreasing with time (i.e. negative slope), a second order rxn would have increasing numbers btw

If a question asked whether the 4th order or 153rd order half life depended on the initial concentration, how would you determine that?

you wouldnt. you would just skip and say wtf is that? Even the third order is very rare, I don't think there are 153rd order or 4th order or they are just very rare reactions.

With this knowledge, answer the following questions: (a) What is the order of the reaction with respect to that reactant? (b) Tripling the concentration of a different reactant increases the rate of a reaction three times. What is the order of the reaction with respect to that reactant?

Erratum on 30:06 time is 4.7 minutes, not 47 minutes. So the converted answer should be 282 seconds.
