Hi, I usually don't comment on videos but I felt it was warranted in this case. I first found your channel two years ago in my freshman year of highschool. I don't remember which video it was but I do remember that the result of watching that first video was a perfect understanding of the topic that led to me getting an 100 on the test I then took. Not long after, I once again found myself googling how to do another equation of this or that in chemistry and I once again achieved clarity from your channel. Since then, whenever I am struggling with a topic in chem, bio, physics or math, this is always the first channel I look for. Like Saul khan before you I thank you for your commitment to these videos that help so many people. This channel is a testament to how useful the internet can be as a tool for education and I thank you for helping to forward this idea. If you read this, I really, really want to thank you from the deepest depths of my heart. Have a nice day.

Specific Heat or c of Water (H2O) is 4.184 J/g K which should have been included in the question as a known variable.

They dont always included it in the question.... it's the constant heat capacity of water that they expect u to know.... probably memorize it

kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6CriYCXntyHbpI Heat capacity is required joule for increase a material by 1 degree. The material's mass can be anything. Specific heat capacity is required joule for increase a 1 gram material by 1 degree. The material's mass is 1 gram.

No specific heat is how much it takes to change one gram of that substance and I think heat capacity is how much energy or heat it takes to raise the bomb calorimeter 1 degree Celsius

In #4 when you are plugging the numbers that we know into the final form of the equation, why did you write the metal's final temp as 25C, instead of 41.8C?
