You can’t let topics like these stop you it’s not worth I almost dropped an accounting class because I couldn’t find my mistakes in a statement so I sat down and looked over everything carefully and I found out how to solve it right now I am doing the same thing with Stoichiometry luckily for me the only section I’m having a little bit of a hard time is Titration but I will figure it out soon

In problems 3 and 4 u can use MV=MV because u know that n(mole)=M x V and u also know that n(mole)= mass/molar mass so it can work out.

Im wondering why you put a 2 in front of the reactant with more OH/H. Wouldn't you want to double the one with less H/OH so that the quantities of H and OH are equal?
@nathanfaulstich29394 жыл бұрын
You wouldn't. These problems are examples of applying methods of stoichiometric coefficients. So, he's basically just set up a ratio of coefficients relative to amt of H ions that will be neutralized.

The molarity and volume of KHP weren't given. Don't think you can use M1V1 = M2V2 since you're missing two variables.

I know you posted this a long time ago but why at around 7:40 did you put the 2x on the base side if there was already more of it ... wouldn't you put it on the acid side to double the amount of acid so that the OH H+ cancel out in the reaction?
