Too much whip (throws down) - tighten bottom string, loosen shooter(s) and/or move shooters up a row Not enough whip (throws high) - loosen bottom string, tighten shooter(s), add another shooter or nylon, and/or move shooters down a row If your stick is still not throwing the way you want it to, you might need to tweak your pattern or shooter setup.

Pull the bottome string really really tight. Then re tie the knot. if that didnt help then you either need to change up your pattern or move the bottom string up a row of diamonds on the mesh

Oddly enough, when I got my newest attack stick. It had no whip, and on top of that it was an illegal stick due to the pocket being too low, so I tighted the back string a lot and loosened the nylons and somehow it went from terrible whip to my best stick in my collection. Don't know why.

Can you do a tutorial on how to shoot with a lot of whip? When ever my stick has no whip I can shoot overhand perfect, but when it has whip I can only shoot sidearm. If my stick has whip I end up throwing it straight into the ground overhand. However, I see in videos people shooting overhand with a lot of whip perfectly and I can't figure out how.

i strung my blade pro with 20mm mesh and a mid pocket and my shooter setup is a weaved nylon on the 2nd row a barreled nylon on the third and weaved strait on the 4th row and a weaved strait in the 6th row. I like having whip but sometimes the ball catches to much should i loosen the shooters or pull them really tight and flat

Thisabadusername I have a tribe 7 ghost 7 and the "high" pocket is only for looks, it moves down as you cradle and it is just a mid pocket that is pushed up.

Hey great vid man! I watch them all the time. I was just wondering what the perfect set up for a soft mesh pocket is. I have a brine mini clutch stick and it's awesome, but the stringing was awful and the ball keeps getting stuck under the scoop when I throw. Can u give me tips on how to not make that happen with sof mesh. Thanks!

Or loosen them all so much that the ball hits the scoop. A hook is a fundamental error in the mesh and or shooting strings. Its basically an impingement that needs correcting.
