भाई जी कृपया यह बताने का कष्ट करे की crpc की धारा 98 में किसी स्त्री या 18 वर्ष से कम आयु की बालिका का हवाला क्यों दिया गया है क्या स्त्री के अंतर्गत किसी आयु की बालिका नही आती है ? कृपया डिटेल में समझाये।
