Best January transfer? Here's some that should have been mentioned; Andy Cole to Man Utd (went onto to score 121 goals, won 5 PL titles and 2 FA Cups and a UCL. Gary Cahill to Chelsea (won 8 trophies, became club captain and was voted into the PFA team 3 times). Seamus Coleman to Everton (bought for only £60k is one of the club's all time leading appearance makers)

I’d say he is that good, it’s just always been psychology and not fulfilling his potential. I know I’m splitting hairs, but the way Carra says it makes it sound permanent when in reality something could change and it all clicks for him and then he’d really become that beast that people know he can be.
