It's not about arrogance, but more about respect. If you have qualified for the Europa League or Conference League, then that's your level. Accept it, respect it and go out and represent your club as such. It's as simple as that.

I think other teams in Europe are able to take these competitions more seriously because their leagues are less competitive. It would be a huge risk for teams fighting for the top 4 in the premier league to play their first XI in the Europa or Conference league competitions.

Same with David Moyes leaving after winning the conference league. There is a culture in England that the league overides everything else.
