No, it says that Plaintiff simply must file a response to Carter's motion by January 10, 2025. Anytime there is a motion, the other side has a deadline to respond. It doesn't mean that they must supply more evidence, only respond to Carter's motion for an order directing the preservation of evidence. The preservation of evidence, meaning don't destroy.

I heard something made since on court tv about many cases cold cases that reopen and go back to interview witnesses and how some things may change in some details especially from 20 some yrs ago you do get some let alone this Jane doe had a 13 yr old mind back then. So I’m not shocked there can be some discrepancies her age 20 some yrs ago. She said she would take a lie detector test I think, just wonder if that would happen. How old is dad now ?
