Congratulations Steven 🎉 You managed to produce the BEST ‘Dame Dash’ interview EVER! Honestly, you managed to dissect Dame down to a point that I’ve never seen ANYBODY do before. It’s evident that Dame Dash is thick-skinned and very opinionated but thanks to you, I’ve finally seen a vulnerable side to Dame for the FIRST time. His interview on Drink Champs was my favourite but now it’s my 2nd favourite. You absolutely smashed it. This was pure execution. I’m a fan of your work and totally inspired. Keep up the GREATNESS! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Drug dealers in the 80's 90's actually despised street rappers for documenting the game on record, it never aligned with their core principles like moving in silence. Frank Lucas was a known snitch and Bumpy did 10 years in the can. Only rappers want to be like those names mentioned.

This is the best interview from dame dash!!!! And the fact it reached 1 million views within 5 days is definitely showcases his influences. His authenticity, integrity and honesty is something I deeply admire!!! The way life challenged him from the loss of his mother, losing Aaliyah, losing a child, ending off a multimillion business, betrayal in friendships, businesses and being demonize/crucified by the industry and media etc. Seeing him still standing tall indicates that this man soul is unbreakable!!! I love the fact that he is still in love with LIFE!!! He still has dreams and living his best life regarding what people say!!! He went through almost every worse case scenario that life can offer and he is still here. He exposed the music industry and calling people out by their name in public!!! This man is fearless and bold!!! He is not perfect, but his flaws is what makes him honorable. He is a walking testimony of God’s strength!!! @Tadda Badda 1. By doing everything that isn’t in alignment with his soul. 2. By giving up his free will/free choice, sovereignty and independence to a system that would’ve enslave him and sealed his fate but also his family and future descendants!!! 3. Everything that goes against his honor(codes) morals, principles, divinity, integrity and sovereignty!!! And also his ancestral codes!!! 4. By obeying and agreeing with the industry agendas, protocols and standards to deceive, distract, infiltrate, and manipulate the minds and souls of the masses. 5. By giving up his human rights and basis needs. And trade them in for privileges like money, fame, entertainment, comfort and conveniences. 6. By going against his own Trinity( Mind, Body and Soul) Which will leave you fragmented, scattered, broken and disconnected from Source and Self!!! 7. To go against Source -> the Divine Mother, Divine Father and the Son 8. By having a Boss or a authority figure that rules over you!!! 9. Living into illusions or other people’s narratives!!! 10. By not living your truth!!! There are so many ways you can compromise your soul!!! But this are a few that are related to him.

@Tadda Badda the way you just decode that doesn’t even make sense. Not even on a logical level. Even from a Christianity point of view!!! Jesus can’t be the father. He is the Son aka SUN!!! The Divine Mother isn’t real?! Who do you think the pope prays to?! The black Madonna aka The Divine Mother!! The Mother gives lives!!! She gives birth. She is the creator. Just how your mother gave birth to you!!! She comes first!!! If you don’t believe me google the picture where the pope is praying to!! There was even a documentary on it!!! Did you even watch this interview where even Dame stated that the woman has to be GOD!!! Or even close to it!!! The fact you even stated that the body and soul are the same is not even correct. Your body is temporarily!!! Your soul is infinite!!! You can’t take your body when you die!!! Your soul continues existing after your body is dead. Come on now!!! Use your common sense!!! If you compromise in one area of the Trinity(mind-body-soul) you fall victim period!!! Everything is connected!!! See it as a circle ⭕️. If there is a break aka a disconnect in the circle itself the energy can’t flow!!! It stops!!!

I love everything about Dame, but I have to really acknowledge Steven for challenging Dame and not letting himself be intimidated by him. A person with such a strong character can be difficult to interview, but Steven’s continuous curiosity, the way he maintains his goal of getting to know Dame despite Dame not always letting him too close is admirable and I think why Dame opens up and it becomes a very personal interview. In the beginning you sense that Dame is very much used to wearing the boss hat and being the one to set the tone, and doesn’t seem like the most inviting person always. But I really think that Steven manages to disarm him with his gentle and sincere passion and curiosity for wanting to get to know someones values and beliefs on a deeper level.

The interviewer did an outstanding job by making it conversational. Both him and Dame came off very relatable and interesting as hell. This guy is so young….excellent work!

I have never watched a interview with Dame and now I absolutely love his perspective on life. His morals, principles and honesty is so raw. He reminds me of myself. Hello Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity. It's very hard to do in this day and age. People can be, somewhat very superficial. On my quest to achieve this I have learnt a lot about human nature. It seems to me that those who are not given traits such as beauty or being wealthy are some of the nicest, kindest and generous people. While the "gorgeous" and well off seem to be the most arrogant and greedy people out there. Of course that's not to say there aren't beautiful kind people out there. I've been in the process of change for a while now and I have made some decent changes but don't you just hate it when people can't let go of your past mistakes. I saw your profile and it intrigued me. I wanted to learn more about who you are and what type of path you would like on in life. Can we talk?

Watched this interview twice. His wisdom, genius, business acumen and ethics as a man is highly commendable and worthy of being mimicked. Definitely misunderstood and ahead of his time. It’s easy to be misconstrued as cocky and arrogant when your humility is being threatened by the doubt of others. When you humbly tell somebody that you can do something and that person sternly doubts and underestimate you it’s hard not to stick your tongue out at him, Michael Jordan style, after an achievement and accomplishment. Salutes to Dame Dash. 🐐

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life too 🙏🙏🙏

As a black American, I have always been a fan of Dame Dash. I often called him "The Harriet Tubman of Hip Hop." However, it is one thing that he often discredits and that is education. You do not have to spend years and go into debt to educate yourself. There are plenty of certifications you can obtain to acquire the knowledge required to succeed. One of them are the certifications offered by the International Business Training Association (IBTA). I know a young black business doctor. Dr. Corbin Smith. He is an Authorized Training Partner for this organization. He helped me receive one of these certifications and it was at a fraction of the cost and time of a college. Also, the certifications are backed by the United States Department of Labor, so they have validity.

36:27 they do, just depends where you’re getting your education at. That’s the part that sucks, that it isn’t widely known knowledge, but my high school had a class called Consumer Math; it was a junior/senior year elective. It taught you everything you mentioned and then some. We learned how to budget, balance, all about APR’s, credit lines/scores, learned about doing taxes ourselves and opening businesses and how Gary Barbera was an alumni of our school and took his (my teacher’s) class before graduating and now has one of the most successful car dealerships in Philadelphia. The knowledge is out there, what it needs to be is a class in every school. Not just private schools.

There was 2 things that made me step down from my corporate job. 1. Not enough time with daughter 2. I couldn't allow these people to speak to me like they did. Best decision in my life. This man is wise.

It's been about a month. I got a bigger better place for me and my daughter. And it's changed my life. I opened up to my regional manager and just was honest. Told them it's hard being talked to like most the corporate people talked to me and that I never get to see my daughter. They actually gave me a position with someone nice. Lol. I learned if your a good worker and you have value most companies will hear tou out if you approach them the correct way. 💯

So much wisdom in him. And he actually told a lot about Jay-Z without saying too much, and I can relate what Kanye metaphorically tried to say about Jay with what Dame says. I just learned so much for myself in this conversation

@@crystalharris3246 Sometimes what they have to say is more important than the person behind the words. As we speak he is in the process of being humbled and brought to his knees in every way you can imagine. God has a way of humbling proud men. But it doesn't mean He can't use them to do His will. This is true of everyone. From the least to the greatest. The only limiting factor is whether we allow God to work through us, or not.

@@susanlindarice Thank you! She worked so hard to provide for 7 kids. We NEVER went without. She would wear rags for us and I was just a child but I will ALWAYS see my Mama as my hero. She took care of all the other neighborhood kids too. They all called her Mama. She'd say, if your hungry or need anythinglet me know. She would give me extra $ and food and give me clothes for my friends whom needed it. I was just a kid. She was Truly a God fearing woman and I NEVER heard her curse unless she was extremely mad. Which was a rare. I could write a book of how amazing and loving she was. She went through so much in life. I miss you, Mama. I love you so much. God bless you all. I'll see yall again.
