Before you start eating, you should always ask what dish to eat and with what. For example, in this case, how to eat this kind of Adjarian Hachapuri, you should first mix everything together, i.e. egg, butter and cheese, then tear off a piece of baked dough and dip the piece inside the Hachapuri. That's the beauty of the flavor. And in this case, the young bloggers cut it in the middle and everything spilled out, so they could not fully enjoy the flavor. Secondly, according to their traditions Khachapuri is drunk with the traditional Georgian lemonade Lagidze. This is the same way Americans drink burgers with Coca-Cola. In Georgia, it is not customary to compare Khachapuri with Pizza, as they have absolutely nothing in common with each other, as the whole difficulty of baking Georgian varieties of Khachapuri, such as Imeruli, Lazuri, Megruli, Svanuri, etc., is that the cheese and oil inside does not leak out during baking. And for Pizza they prepare a round mold of dough and immediately put everything on top, so there is no difficulty in baking. But, of course, everyone's taste is different and everyone chooses the food of their choice.

That's nothing,i saw worst things in Romania by american youtubers....trying cow tripe soup wich comes with a separate bowl of garlic sauce made with vinegar,spices,sour cream,etc wich is supposed to mix it to the soup according to each person's taste.... they eat it with the spoon,complaining with tears in their eyes that it's very spicy😄

few facts: 1. If Churckhela is homemade, its will way much better. 1.2. churchkhela mustnot be sweet (too much) 1.3. it can be stored from 6month to 1 year. 2. Lobio is from Imereti and its no second place where you can find good lobio. 3. acharuli's taste depends if egg is from farm or not, and same about cheese. it must be from Achara. 3.2. YOU SHOULD MIX EGG/CHEESE/BUTTER before ate

I have also been to Sakhtvelo and ate in bad places, falling into tourist traps. You had to eat donuts in Fasanauri, Adjarian in Batumi (you ate really terrible Adjarian), and you had to ask a local for a good sakhinkle, and you would be amazed. ❤❤❤❤You really lost a lot, good khachapuri and khinkali are real Georgia, and Fasanauri khinkali is a real legend 😊😊😊

Happy you enjoyed the dishes and I hope you get to try many more great ones. LIKED the video! The stuff inside the tomato salad was Jonjoli, pickled sprouts which are from the local Jonjoli Bushes. Never heard of the Khachapuri index, learned something new (thanks for that). You cant draw a clear boarder, so the reason Georgia feels like Europe is because it is. We play at the Euros in football and we're culturally closer to Europe than Asia.

I’m here for you to help with Pronunciation, i know when you read Georgian food names in English it looks weird and feels hard to pronounce them BUT whenever you see KH in any dish, you have to read as Spanish J or russian X so for example: If you read Jinkali (in Spanish) rather than Khinkali, that would make more sense :) …well i hope… 😀 Khachapuri = Jachapuri Kharcho = Jarcho etc 5:11
