I met Dr. Awan at the Patient Power Conference in Arlington TX in 2019. I will be going for my first appointment with him in February. Many of the members of the CLL Society DFW group see Dr. Awan and are very high on him. As I am now in mid-70s, driving to see him in Dallas versus driving to MDA will make my trip much easier as it's about 200 miles versus 400 miles plus I will get a 2nd opinion from Dr. Awan.

almost every doctor i encounter is awful. they just push you around like a chess pawn. you sit 4 hours waiting in the hospital for a biopsy and get your biopsy canceled. and it’s been canceled before. where are doctors like this?
