Spent all last night trying to figure out how to turn off hats/rides. Only need this for kick & snare. 10 minute video I'll spend an hour starting, stopping, going back..lol Same with the Jamman Solo vid. So much to learn! THANKS!

An afterthought... I'm listening on a pair of Kali studio monitors and the hats are near dead. But since I have this I can catch on. I'm going over your video playlist again because a new gigging partner asked me if I "loop." Well, yes. With a Sdrum and a JamMan sync'd together! Only I've forgotten what I learned or taught myself since the end of last year...

Is there a way to speed up or slow down the tempo with a pedal while it is playing? in a live situation sometimes i enter a song with a lilt off timing. I dont wanna stop everything and start over again, Also When using the guitar as drums , you stop it no problem but when you wanna start a new rhythm (new song) you need to delete what you have recorded so when you press the button to delete, the last rhytm starts playing for afew seconds before it gets deleted. . is there a way to eliminate that? thank you I wanna use it on the stage as a solo musician and that makes it impossible. Thank you

@@ThePedalGuy thank you for your reply. I meant sometimes i start a song little too fast or too slow. it would be nice to up or down the bpm with the pedal if its possible.

Just a quick question - got a SDRUM for Christmas (based largely on your videos) (thank you!), my question is - Can I plug headphones into one or any of the out puts?

Hello. It's me again. The FS3X doesn't have a start/stop button. Is there any way i can custom build the foot pedal? or buy one if there is one in the market? Hear me out. The last button on the left is for crash sound which is not too important to have. . Can i replace that sound for start/stop feature? I want to mount the Sdrum on a micstand while I play guitar/sing. I need to find a way o start/stop Sdrum with a foot pedal. Do you have any advice? Thank you

Hi. Yes it does have a stop start button when it’s used in Table Top mode. Page 36 of the manual.

How do you use this or the mooer groove looper with a distortion pedal without sounding like crap, I own both lol
@ThePedalGuy4 жыл бұрын
No idea with the Mooer Groove Looper as I haven't used that. As far as using it with a distortion pedal, just use the amp output to output the guitar to an amp and the line outputs to your mixer to keep the drums clean. Should sound pretty good at that point.

It’s easy. Connect the Left (mono) to your amp input. Just be sure not to use any of the onboard effects on your amp.

Looks interesting but how can you do all that while playing guitar It really needs to be all done with feet And as for tapping in a rhythm that’s all very well but I’m likely to end up with something simplistic and boring
@alisaljic Жыл бұрын
Does the pedal sound so thin and roomy bacause you sent the signal to a speaker and recorded what comes out of speaker with a mic? Or you actally sent the signal directly via cable into the recorder and this is a genuine representation of how the pedal actually sounds. I mean your voice in this demo sounds better than the pedal, so I'm a bit wondering what's going on exactly. I listened this video on Senn HD26 pro headphones, and not on a phone or laptop speakers. Cheers.
@ThePedalGuy Жыл бұрын
It was sent directly to my board as I recall. But keep in mind that I was emphasizing my instructions over the output of the pedal so the ducking may have caused it to sound thinner.
@alisaljic Жыл бұрын
@@ThePedalGuy Ok, but is this close to what it sounds like in a real setting, or the recording does not do it justice at all and the pedal actually sounds much much better firsthand? Because from what I hear, the recording does not just sound thin but has noticeable room reverb to it as well, which should not happen if you were just ducking the pedal rec levels to make your voice more pronounced and intelligible. I can not shake the impression that there's more in play here than just ducking. Feels like your pedal signal got mixed with another hot mic that was picking up room sounds. Were you wearing headphones when you were recording this, or you used monitors to hear what comes out of the pedal? Also, I dont know which camera you used, but is it possible that the camera onboard mic recorded the pedal sounds and not the direct line from the pedal? Sorry for asking this many questions and for going this deep into something that most people find trivial and unimportant, but I get curious about why certain sound recordings dont sound right, and I tend to want to figure out what went wrong, so when I encounter an issue down the road that already sounds familiar, it takes less time for me to identify and alleviate the problem. I guess I got a troubleshooter gene or something. haha.
