Shoutout to Winston... Such wisdom and truly a well balanced man... Loved his views ... Coloured people in this country are so overlooked but they have just as much potential & I got the culture shock that they actually run the beautiful Northern Cape and you never get to see or even hear about it, they are running our only state owned mine and we don't know anything about it. Its all love though we just love being United only when it suits us & it's the simplest of things that can create a division between us

One of my favourite episodes thus far... I'm really inspired. This show is really helping me grow my perspective as a 23 year old gent trying to figure out this life thing. You're making a real impact bhuthi omdala. I just finished watching this episode before my night shift as a cleaner at one of the big malls in Durban. I have a diploma in Business Management, but i was hungry enough to take a cleaning gig...and I'm using this to save up so i can fund myself. I religiously follow your work and it keeps me going.

@@hlawulanimabunda7782 the problem is when you start putting things in such a context, you end up saying untrue things which stem from pure imagination and not what is presented in front of you. Who said anything about comparing? I'm stating facts. I didn't insult anyone and next time don't say "we", speak for yourself without trying so hard to be forward thinking only to end up looking like a narcissist to me. Please do me that favour.

I thoroughly enjoy this podcast but something has just dawned on me. The calibre of men available to teach far outweighs that of women (outside of course of the amazing likes of Mandisa Mashego and Miranda Ntshangase) 😢. I for one would really appreciate hearing more from women that have succeeded because of pure and humble intelligence and grit and NOT what they look like (the pretty privilege thing is annoying… a lot of men and women are a lot more than that 😒). While black South African men generally get a bad wrap… (which is not entirely misplaced) one thing that this podcast highlights is that there are men willing to lead by example and show a side of themselves the media doesn’t expose enough… even if this is an unintentional consequence of these conversations. We women seriously need to do better. We can’t just be known for makeup, celeb gossip, spirituality, baecations, Instagram, KZbin vlogs, and girlfriend allowance 🙄.

I think Duduzane needs to find a way to make it clear to South Africa of his individualism in his presidential campaign. Because I myself was under the impression that his run, is actually a proxy for his father, and I think most South Africans are also under the same mindset.

Penuel: You are the real deal. Shake that imposter syndrome and, if necessary, enlist a therapist. Most successful people have that feeling at some point in their life but experience teaches them to put that behind them. Recently, Coco Gauff made a similar comment in an interview and prior to that Naomi Osaka went public with her insecurities. Just by scrolling through the comments you should gain some perspective on how positive your audience feels about your contribution to SA's society. Keep on keeping on!

I'm immensely grateful for this interview. I do feel bad about myself coz I've been skipping it for many months thinking that it's boring or something. However, for some odd reason I decided to watch it today and I'm happy to have done so. The lessons that I've learnt and internalise in a space of an hour are without a parallel. This dude is articulate and down to earth as well. That's very rare today, coz most informed people tend to be arrogant and repulsive.

That that you don't manage, you lose hit the spot across the board as he said, and the family department was the one that stood out. Our moral values within our society is eroding because men are being silenced, they are scared to lead,to manage, take their God given managerial positions within their homes and that's where the degradation of society starts, not in public, but in our homes.Mzwakhe Mbuli said, destruction of the mind, affects the family, destruction of a family, affects the community, destruction of community becomes that of the nation.

Nah ive never seen a coloured not get mocked in rural black areas. Bring a coloured to Umgababa, Kwamakuta or whatever, straight away they gonna diss the guy and call him/her Mlungu (and in a derogatory way). ...And the older generation see coloreds as degenerate violent drunkards. Its okay to be honest guys. We don't have to act like black society are the saints of the Universe. Everyone has there negatives as well. Its normal 🤞

@@jonathantawil4424 I used to work with two coloured people, both of them were my seniors. One male and another female. While the female wasn't necessary racist, at least not vocally, she portrayed herself as white, and whenever people would mistaken her for a white person, which was pretty much all the time, she wouldn't fight it and was only pleased that people thought she was white, which I didn't have a problem with as it had no effect on my life. Now, the other coloured person who was a man, married to a colored lady once said, "I need to get myself a white side chick, not a black one because I'm married to a colored woman and going black would mean going backwards", this and the fact that he never gave black people opportunities even when they were deserving, he would always give to whites.
