To people thinking of getting a cockatoo: You will "never" meet anything on this earth sassier or more trying than most cockatoos. They are as mad as hatters and LOUD. Full throttle crazy 24/7. The one I had was too hard to live with. There was never a calm or quiet moment when he was around. Having guests over was a nightmare, I couldn't even take a phone call without him screaming incessantly in the background. Someone once told me they are like living with a special needs toddler for life. I didn't believe them. They were absolutely correct and I was sorry that I didn't listen. There are people who have a good one, no doubt. But the risk is high that the one you get will not be the same as the ones on cute videos.

Shell W if it stopped there, I wouldn't have intervened. Kittens can learn a lot from adult cats as to how far to go, they learn it better from other cats. If it continued past that minute though, I'd separate them.
