You described the people you ran into as 'characters' I can't agree more, I have nothing but amazing memories of Armenian people chatting to us on the street and inviting us into their homes for coffee and always a spontaneous feast. Really cool video I love how you have shown the country!

this is a beautiful vlog. Lovely village. So sad about Timur. I cried too. I think you should have visited his grave and paid your respects there..like a final goodbye from you. I will watch the original vlog after this.

It's hard to live thinking every time we meet someone it may be the last time. Or maybe it's about trying to ne more present.

Thank you for the video and your interest in Armenia 🇦🇲🙏🏻🙏🏻. However I must point out that the land you mention IS Armenia and not “azerbaijian”. The USSR attempted to carve it out of righteous Armenian land just like putting millennia old Artsakh as an “autonomous region” “within” “azerbaijian”. Given your interest in my people, research a little on Armenian history then tell me who the indigenous people of THE ARMENIAN HIGHLANDS are. Nevertheless again, thank you 🙏🏻 much love ❤️ from Gyumri Armenia 🇦🇲.

This village at the start was Tigranashen, the little patch of land closer to Ararat, but Artsakh is equally fascinating!

@@ThePlanetProject He meant that Stalin and the bolsheviks applied divide and conquer strategies by drawing these administrative borders with all these weird exclaves. Ofcourse that area is Armenia same as Artsakhs, regardless of what imperialist tactics the bolsheviks use.
