Luxon knows what he is doing. National know what they are doing. More and more New Zealanders know what getting back on track means and are looking forwards to what National is going to do, starting with the repealing of some cruel tax policies that have caused incredible hardship for tenants and working families.

Yeah the law where the landlords cannot kick people out for no reasons, the increases to wages, the family package. Where the 9% tax payers get all the gains. No experience Luxon, with no experience list candidates. They are selling NZ to the Chinese. The only direction they are heading is straight over a cliff

Luxon only knows what he's been consulted on and so far it's not looking good. A housing policy that encourages more urban sprawl which is the very thing we should be slowing down will only make our transport system more inefficient, and make house values worse. A transport system that focuses on more roads does not make much sense, with congestion, climate change, emissions, and economic productivity in question building more roads and slapping more highway's will only make this subjects worse. Lowering taxes will also decrease revenue for the government meaning they'll have to make cuts across the board.

Chris Luxon is so wishy washy. Puts me off National massively - he's desperate for the central/swing voters and will say anything that will appeal on the day. As for the list, I think one person in particular has been screwed over the worst and that's Simon O'Connor. Amazing MP but has been dropped so far down the list...

No loyalty to his own.Probably afraid of being toppled from leadership too soon. Gets to play games with people's lives and despite his wealth will get a lifetime pension and superannuation. Money that could help those struggling. Most economies around the world are struggling including US, China and the U K

I agree re Simon O’Connor - I think he is too conservative and/or religious for them. Oddly enough, what he stands for was quite normal for National 20 years ago - his values are the same as Jim Bolger and many others, back when National was truly conservative.

Luxon is not a politician like Chippy who is a protester turned politician. Luxon is a businessman and is preparing to get down to the business of running a country. Chippy is just following in Jacinda's footsteps...still way off track.

The Platform has opened my eyes to a lot of problems that I didn't realise were going on; and, for a while, changed my voting decision. The problem is, that a National-led govt will be so much worse: greed, vindictiveness, personally politics, more deceit croneyism and arrogance than Labour ever does, more blurring of the Legislature / Executive / Judiciary distinction than is currently under way. The poor and un-privileged will be treated just as nastily as in Tory UK, Republican US, and Coalition Oz. More for the rich, less for the poor. Why would NZ be exempt from it? And why would we want it?

They like the $. Jacinda is blamed for everything,so National's back stabbing prior to the last election doesn't have to be faced and Hipkens gets to carry the can as national weather disasters create crises but are soon forgotten by the elite 9% tax payers.

the only list that matters is how many MP's are from the ACTorate because they will be the ones passing/punishing legislation. The one important list Luxoid refuses to give us is which of the horrible free for all policies of Seymour they will swallow to enable them to move into the 9th floor, 15- 20 of 61 seats will be out of NAters control
