If you went for HRE diplomacy path before dismantling HRE u could have formed Germany before admin 20 after u dismantle HRE

Yeah but that either delays your dismantle, or moves your mission path decision waaay early (which would make the -10% AE mode expire too soon), neither of which are good options.

Web Weaver is strong, you get up to -30% AE on a nation with high spy network, which stacks on your -90% hard capped nation AE modi. So in your case, it is better than a ruler with -10%AE, because you are on the hard cap.

There is diplomatic path in teutonic order for HRE thingy , and if you disassemble HRE after choosing this path you can form germany after forming prussia with last mission of this path , if you have enough land in german region , i think this path is funny. 1515-1525 Germany? Funny

I remember doing this exact run once. Ended up forming Germany 300 years early. It was fun until Germany was formed. After that, I was just too strong.

The event "Our cause is just" need espionage instead of influence now

Probably the buffed espio is meant to bee the change where they moved one pulse event that gives -20% AE into espio from influence

There's a pulse event that periodically gives -20% aggressive expansion. It was moved to trigger by Espionage ideas rather than Innovative (iirc). It lets you go much harder on stacking AE reduction without needing to mess around with holding on to Innovative waiting for the pulse event, in addition to just periodically triggering if you're already using Espionage to stack AE reduction.
