Ppl want to try so hard to make sense of that game, but I've said since that day it's as simple as that. Conservative play calls were to protect Will and they thought we'd pull it out anyway. Thank God he wasn't hurt worse. Probably would have been more responsible to play Devin after that hit, but it is what it is. They can never go on record about it bc that would cause a lot of unnecessary drama, but look how defensive Will and Ryan got when folks in the media alluded to it. Go Bucks!

How about a sneaky small-cap stock of Will Kacmarek? Is it just me or does it seem like his return coincides with this offensive explosion? He's chipping the DEs and pass protecting to give Will time to throw and making great blocks in the run game when they run the counter.

DJ was playing well….sometimes very well…..but after his switch to LT, he’s been playing exceptionally well. Will Howard played 25-30% of the time like Barney Fife => throughout the entire season. But in the 2 post season games he’s been 97% Andy Taylor……and we all love ANGE….so his stock has to be elevating. That doesn’t mean we’re not all scared as hell that his latent Barney Fife is done making guest appearances. If Barney remains closeted => we’ll win the Natty. If his Barney rises to the forefront => and his play directly links to a 3rd loss as it did in the 2 prior losses => his stock, Daysoft’s and Hip Jelly’s will all plummet. Still and always……Go Bucks !!! PS. The 3 other teams all have Ohio and or Ohio State ties => so there’s a silver lining or 2 even if we lose……but I still want our Bucks 2 win it all !!!

It's scheme. We don't need to be silly about this. LJ got out of the way of Knowles .. and Day decided to play to the O's strengths and not force "tough guy" football. Chip Kelly had the #4 rushing attack at UCLA .. now the Buckeyes rushing attack looks on par with it's talent. It's scheme.

That is not Knowles brand of football, as you can see from his days at Ok St, Duke, etc. Now .. Day has told LJ to get out of the way .. and the Buckeyes have been playing Knowles' style. All this continued talk about how good all these players have been and not specifically talking about Texas game is the classic “rat poison” that will hurt Ohio State. Texas is going to be entirely different game and with their athletes, it very well may be a real struggle. Stop all of the “how great we are talk”. Austin always diminishes the opposing team. I hope Ohio State wins no doubt, BUT it going to be a real struggle. Show would be a lot better if there was analysis why it very well might be a real battle and difficult game.
