Doug, Condolences to begin with.... Thank you for this post. I am a disabled Veteran, not sickly but getting older and pretty much on my own. I am in the process of going off grid, building my own cabin, greenhouse etc. My plan or part of it is to be buried on my 50 acre homestead. I have an amateur love for wood working. One of my planned projects was to turn my own urn and build small crypt for me and my urn. I will be following your lead on this task. Again a lovely gesture to put the time and love in to a very painful situation. I wish you and the family peace, love, joy & some semblance of closure. May the Gods look over you and anyone who sees this post. Hail Odin.

Just happened to see this video tonight & like others who’ve commented, it was a tragic loss for everyone who knew the lad. I was alarmed when I saw the comment & picture of a cute little lad & as I have a daughter the same age now as Jacob was at the time of the accident, I immediately started to cry for the family. A loss of a child is something no parent should have to go thru (we as a family lost my mother & my nephew within a year of each other).
