Love this. In June I got promoted to a Supervisor position, on my job. I didn't actually have a team of persons under me, but that just changed, so this idea would be a perfect welcome to my team type of gift. I was just thinking of another addition you could add to the box. On the part where you have the note pad there is extra space. You could make another horizontal divider, the length of the note pad and add a cute dollar tree pen.

OK you got me! I've watched some of your videos before, but resisted the urge to subscribe or even to make any of your very creative projects. I love crafting and do a variety of types of crafting. Not so much paper crafting though. But this project has convinced me that I should not only subscribe to your channel, but to start paper crafting. I can't wait to make some of these as gifts. This is so pretty and would make a thoughtful gift! I just started making the covered 4"x6" DT paper pads with pen loop, and the feedback I have been getting is great! I bet the pen loop version would fit in there as long as the pen isn't too thick...
