I love BBQ/Mayo combo, each to their own. I wouldn't put it on something like this I don't think but it wouldn't make it horrible by any means. Subway still has no BBQ/light mayo so mostly get a sub and put bbq and lite mayo on at home for the roast beef and steak subs. The sauce is the boss. If it was already mixed up and gave some special name people would love it lol

Everyone is saying mayo does not belong on a BBQ sandwich. Since you ordered a second without mayo before trying it, i'm assuming you watched other videos where people were complaining about the mayo so you went into it already thinking it would not be good. However, the second you put coleslaw on a BBQ sandwich it is the best thing ever! Coleslaw is pure mayo!!! Personally I don't think mayo OR coleslaw belong on a BBQ sandwich. Great video though!! Glad you are back.

Country Style Ribs are actually pork shoulder or loin, not from the rib. The sandwich looks great though and I'll definitely be giving it a shot!

Really overexaggerating on the mayo, only a lil creamy but I almost didnt notice all throughout. if anything the mayo might have help masked the thicker dryness the sandwich might have had in the center where the thick cuts at. I just had one and the smokeyness is the main event of this sandwich. Real porky, almost thought it was brisket at 1st taste but that white meat eliminated all doubts that this is a pork rib sandwich.

You’re right. Texas BBQ screams brisket. No one puts mayo on bbq unless it’s Alabama bbq sauce. Mayo just mellows out any sauce if it’s sharing a bun.

I'm at Arby's now and I usually get French dip . I'll give this a try Update*********** The Arby's rib sandwich was good, dry and sloppy. Next time no mayo!!!, prolly no cheese, well mines didn't have cheese anyway 🤷. The meat was real rib but mines was national geographic desert dry. Next time just rib,sauce add pickles and onions. Make it simple Arby's

Country Style ribs are not actual ribs. County style ribs are simply either boneless pork loin or pork butt (shoulder) which is sliced into strips. They didn't take the meat from between rib bones...smh. And you're from NC.
