One thing I will say about the fake locket and diadem: I like the colors a lot better. You’d expect the diadem to have sapphire blue stones and the locket to be green so they’d match their respective houses, and it always confused me that the official ones (and the props in the movies) weren’t colored that way.

Severus Snape's wand from The Noble Collection is definitely amazing. I love having it as my first wand. When Alan Rickman had passed away, I was touched when my boyfriend had gifted me Snape's wand from The Noble Collection as a gift/Valentine's Day gift, I cried so hard when seeing it, holding it.

But you get a big ugly trademark for your trouble. This is why I make custom hardwood wands. And they look 100% real. And there are many wand makers out there. No trademark ugliness anywhere.

I’ve always thought that the official Ravenclaw diadem replica should’ve had the deeper blue stones, because Ravenclaw’s color is more like a royal blue than a light blue. The color of the stones on the official replica remind me more of Beauxbaton’s uniforms.

Great video as always! The Wish versions are really only good for kids or cosplay, like you mentioned, especially if the cosplay will be pretty active and there's a chance of damaging your outfit/accessories. I have Luna's wand from the Noble Collection, and it's so beautiful! I also have a nice Time Turner replica, made from real gold, but I'm not sure where my husband bought it for me. I used to wear it often as an actual necklace until I found out I'm allergic to gold. Now it's just a beautiful display piece. Luckily it came with a gorgeous box for display.

When it comes to ties even in the authentic ones the material and colours vary. I live in the uk and the tie from the Harry Potter studio tour vs the tie from the shop at platform 9 and 3/4 look and feel very different. The colouring and material used are not the same. Both are genuine authorised but the one from the studio tour (the lockhaven one I’m presuming) is so much better.

emily cheetham Yes, there are different companies that make the ties and the colors definitely vary. Lochhaven is the true “real” one to most people as they’re the ones who made them for the movies. None are bad options though.

The Potter Collector no none are bad however many use inferior material. Due to the thickness or stiffness they just don’t tie so well. The lockhaven ones I think use a silk blend so give a tighter smaller knot when tied and sit better round the neck.

There’s multiple different versions of the Slytherin locket. One of the first productions of the locket came with the Wizards Collection. The locket was certified as an original piece by the Noble Collection but didn’t have the gems on the front, the interior didn’t have the velvet on the inside and the back was plain and flat!

So I recently purchased a new voldemort wand primarily because I wanted one in an ollivanders box as my original cane in a window box. The original is s14 and the new is s21 and there are some slightly differences, The s21 has a matt look instead of the original gloss, it has a more rounded tip and other parts look a little smaller and its also 5 grams lighter.

After looking around and trying shops out, I finally found one on Aliexpress that sells the absolute BEST wand replicas, they look exactly like the Noble Collection wands, only difference is that they cost around 4 euros. I own almost 5 wands from them, that look exactly like the official replicas,and I could not be happier! If anybody wants the link, I would gladly put it down in the comments.. I own the original/authorized Gringotts coin set, got it as a gift around 11 years ago lol the only problem is that it has some rusty spots on it, I don't know why 'cause I've always kept it protected inside the case. I'm actually on the lookout for a way to get rid of the rust without damaging the coins, so fellow potterheads, if anyone knows how to solve this problem, I'm all ears! Also, fun fact: there was a official Warner Bros Gringotts Galleon that was a prize for the first people to buy HP and the Sorcerer's Stone movie on VHS, that was pretty much the exact same as that Wish one you showed on your video, but that was long ago, I don't think the Noble collection line of HP replicas even existed back then (so maybe the standards and manufacturing quality weren't as high lol)

I've only bought one wand from Wish and it was Queenie's. I compared with my friends authentic version, and the authentic was smooth and had some quality lining on the shell. On my fake, it was very bumpy, and looks like they tried to replicate the line work but ultimately didn't succeed. I think a lot of the fakes are 3D printed, so it's up to you if you want that kind of wand. Honestly, I'm not mad about my fake Queenie wand, it's not terrible, just a great reminder for me not to order Wish wands!!! I also want to add that if you like to go to antique shops and markets with lots of vendors, you may find a REAL wand, or authentic accessories from the movies. I found Lucius Malfoy's wand with the cane at a market and the price was listed for 20 DOLLARS. I checked out the wand and the cane before I bought it, and when they brought out the box, the box itself had the purchase label with Universal Orlando on it, TM included! SO I wish everyone luck on finding real/authentic pieces! Just keep looking and sometimes even in unlikely places you may find some!!

It's always nice to know how to distinguish fake merch from real merch. After that, it's up to you to decide which one you'll purchase. I always prefer real (or official) merch, and that's why I don't have much of it lmao. But that's just me.

I don’t really like the display cases for the Noble Collection, i would display them without. I would rather have it without at a sheaper price... And the licenced ring, I think is to Big and clumpsy. I think the fake one’s ”metal” looken a mot better and older to, it was just a really gult stone

Items like the coins would be great for Instagram photos. That way the Noble Collection coins could be left in their display case. I might take a scroll through the Wish HP items to see what I can use for photo props. Thanks for this video. It was interesting! 👍✨

One note, we have 2 tips of elder wands. What you have from wish is the 1 tipe, it is a wand what Dumbledore had in first and second movie, and the 2 tipe is a wand which we all know and which you also have in the video and which is not out of wish. That's just why I write so that there is no misinformation . That's why the wish wand looks so weird.
