Quick story about this set. When I was little my family had received a catalog for Noble Collections. This was around the time Goblet of Fire came out. And I would look through it all the time for years and just stare at this particular set of wands. Unfortunately it was too expensive to get. But a couple years ago, I finally got it as a Christmas present from my brother. It is one of if not is my favorite pieces in my collection.

The further you go back the better quality the Harry Potter’s wand replicas were made, the first ones which I own one of actually used wood in their construction and are extremely accurate.

Fun fact: Victor Krum’s wand has the same wood and core as Garrick Ollivander’s: hornbeam and dragon heartstring. Cedric Diggory’s has the same characteristics as Ron’s first one that he got from his brother Charlie: ash and unicorn hair.

I had just commented that I wished that the Triwizard crest was metallic like the nameplates and the title plate and about one minute later you mentioned the same thing. They did such a good job on the rest of the piece, it’s kind of surprising they missed that. I mean it doesn’t ruin it by any means but it is the only part that does not fit with the other design decisions that were made.

I have the display case only as the person I received it from wanted the wands only as the case is quite large. I love it but totally agree with what you said about the lighter color emblem on the bottom. I have found small differences in many wands especially earlier verses later issues. Also the cover is made of plexiglass not glass.

I have seen it in The Noble Collection catalog. I think the trim around the glass wouldn't have been that bad if they'd done some little bit of a decoration like on the corners. I didn't think having like decorative corners on that would have been that distracting.

I also own this piece, for some years now. I really love it! Unfortunately the glass part is actually plexiglass (or maybe they changed it with the newer versions, but in your video it also sounds like plexiglass).

Hi Peter! I just discovered your video's last week and love them(especially the Wizarding Trunk unboxings)and have been binge watching them! Your video's have taken my love for the books and movies and inspired me to start collecting!😀❤ Luckily I was able to find you in time to get in on the restock for your Keep Collecting Box. When I found that video of your initial announcement yesterday, I immediately went to the site and ordered it!
