This was so good. I'm going to have to listen again with a notepad and not be making dinner. Hopefully it will be a game changer for me.

Amazing! Would love to hear an example meal plan for a day or week of how she follows/meets those protein vs fuel goals.

Very interesting. I tried a similar diet (from Josh Dech's program that I learned about on your show) but I am now at a point where my hair is falling out and feel that it's not working for me. What I am confused on is the winter time where she mentions that we would be lower carb because plants aren't growing....but the stuff that stores well (wheat berries and grains, potatoes and other root vegetables) are higher in carbs than spinach and asparagus....are they not? And that's what would naturally be available to us without supermarkets and international trade.

Excellent content. Very helpful. I live in sunny Florida but lost most of my vision four years ago and I have a rare form of uveitis, causing my blindness. The sun hurts my eyes, so I don’t go outside and I have been inside my house in the dark for the last four years And I have put on 40 pounds and have had a lot more illness. I knew there was a connection between getting light and my sleep pattern, but I never knew how it affected my eating or my health until the last couple of years. I was always an outdoors person and could take the heat and the sun without any problem, but now I can’t, not quite sure what to do about this situation.? Any suggestions would be very appreciated. I too would like to hear a part two. I shared this with my 50-year-old daughter who is struggling with what food she should eat to be healthy very good. KZbin video thank you both.

As Christians we should be able to reference the story of Daniel in the Bible where he and his friends ate a vegetable diet and were way healthier than the others eating meat. Gods first diet for Adam and Eve was also plant based. I really like most of your info, but totally disagree with that we need animals in our diet to be healthy. I stopped eating meat 3 years ago and feel way better now. God supplemented the diet with clean animals only with the flood where it would take time for vegetation to grow back. Much love ❤
