Logitech G435 headset review and tips on how to connect the G435

I just bought G435 and I was having the same connectivity issue. Finally got it fixed by doing the following: 1. Shut down headphones 2. Insert the dongle 3. Press power button for 2 sec( green light will blink) 4. Press power + mute for Bluetooth pairing mode(blue led will blink) 5. Hold mute button to connect to dongle( led will turn cyan) To go back to Bluetooth mode again power + mute Good luck!

Thanks for the review! I came very close to getting this, but opted for an HS80 for my needs, prioritizing comfort and computer use, but this looks like a great budget buy for someone who wants to switch between computer and phone.

The mic on it is surprisingly decent for the price and the fact that it's wireless, but it picks up EVERYTHING! So I suggest using something called RTX Voice (Nvidia Broadcast) if you have an nvidia graphics card. It works with older 10-series GTX cards as well with some tinkering. It's an amazing piece of software that filters out everything but your voice. =)

I bought these a couple of weeks ago here in Aus. 199 down to 100 clearance sale. Previously owned a basic pair of turtle beaches which i liked and these are my first pair of wireless. So far super happy with them. Comfy. great sound. Easy to use, i switch between pc and ps5. Mic is good too. As always time will be the ultimate test.

The headphones are great but there is one issue that is starting to claw at me- whenever I have my mic on and playing games, sometimes the mic input is played in my headphone output, so I can hear myself (and the background) when the mic is on. It is super annoying since it is a little high pitched. It isn't delayed though. Whenever someone screams in your room, it feels like someone is poking needles in your ears. It hurts. Now I somehow found out how to disable this by pressing the buttons in certain ways, but I don't know exactly what I did to fix it. This was a few months ago and it made the headphones so much better. Although... now the feedback is back and I can hear myself. I hope I find out how to fix it. Do you know?

I have the G433 as my PC's headset for quite a while now but since I am playing quite a lot in VR these days and Oculus' microphones tend to have issues picking up anything at all or even just to work, I consider buying either the G435 or XBOX Wireless Headset. Still have to check which one suits me more but the G435's integrated mic makes it more appealing for VR purposes honestly despite picking up way too much background noise.

I just returned my g435 that i bought yesterday. Wouldn't connect at all with the lightspeed usb dongle and logitech support was not helpful at all. If you do get one , I hope yours works.

But none of this matters now because I've already returned it and I still haven't heard back from logitech support yet. They don't even have the G435 listed on the site as one of the products you may have an issue with in the drop-down selection box.

I found out the G435 don't work with Xbox and are one of the few that can connect to ps5 through a doggle

I just bought one of these last week to replace my 9+ year old G35 which broke a couple of weeks ago and they arrived this morning. I'm missing the integration with Logitech's Gaming Software that my G35 had as I was able to bind one of my Logitech G502 mouse buttons to the mute mic button of the old G35 which was really handy for meetings since I'm working from home. I'm just going to have to get used to muting the mic using the button on the headset again. At least it has one that works which is more than I can say for my old 3.5mm iPhone headset I was using in the interim - the mic button on that thing does nothing in Windows. That's really my only criticism of the headset compared to the G35 though. Not sure what the capture quality will be like compared to the G35 but the mic's only going to be used for calls so I'm not too fussed. I paid ~£70 for my G35 so adjusting for inflation, £60 for the G435 is a steal for what you get in my opinion.

Yeah, the main problem I've got is that I cannot use it with G Hub, now they're on me, sound is perfect, the audio is like I'm listening to it from sitting by the scene.

So i bought this in December and i have some Troubble with it, i use the G435 in Bluetooth with the Stick and every like 10hours it goes for like 30 sec in the Lightspeed paring mode with no reason. Asked Logitech and they couldnt help me and then i got annother one just to go save its no Production Fail, but nope seems to me the Hole Charge of the G435 is Broken. Have you tried using this while connected to a wifi connection and a wireless mouse I actually plan on buying this for my setup where i use a G304 for my mouse and is connected to the internet via Wifi. The wireless headset that i use currently HATES being with my mouse and my net connection and is always having audio issues. I am looking to avoid this encounter and am hoping the G435 can offer a better user experience.

I'm considering buying these but I have one question. How do I know that microphone is muted/unmuted? I have G633 so that one was just flick mic back and you are muted, also they have red light that you can see that mic is muted, easy to understand, but with g435 I'm confused since mic is built into ear cup and you can't really see it.

It doesn't use neither need the Logitech G Hub. To connect it with PC just plug in the USB that came in box and turn on your G435 and it should connect itself automatically.

if you have a slightly large head, they will hurt you, I have given mine away. the plastic at the top isnt covered by enough foam and it cuts in. hope that helps someone

Being the owner of quite a few headsets, I'd say the G435 is worth buying, if you'd want something that almost work as a semi open pair, with ok sound quality with a microphone that's usable. For people that's curious about what headsets I'd own. Corsair Virtuoso, Corsair HS70, Corsair HS45, Epos GSP 302, Logitech G Pro x (Wired), Hyper x cloud 2, hyperx cloud flight s. (Headphones) AKG x massdrop K7xx red, Philips SHP9600, ATH-M50xBT, JBL Tune 700bt, Sony WH-XB900N, Marshall Major , Koss porta pro.

@@oiekhatey6036 Depends on if you got audio jack on your phone or not, also depends on whether you'd care about the 250 - 550ms delay introduced with bluetooth. The most natural sounds, will be from JBL Tune 700bt and ATH-M50xBT for the ones with bluetooth connectivity, or corsair virtuoso XT, although personally I dont have one, just the standard edition of Corsair virtuoso, although it can be connected via audio jack, it'll look a bit silly going out with a gaming headset, as for logitech G435, the soundstage and quality is decent, but it doesn't have any sound isolation at all, so you'll hear everything around you, and people can hear what you're playing etc as well.

@@onetrueone It actually have quite good sound quality, and dynamic range, and a soundprofile and soundstage that's comparable to a m50x, a neutralish sound curve, does not mean crap, if people only care about muddy bass, and think balanced sound is crap, then so be it.
