From our experience, they keep the festivities pretty much the same throughout the event so you guys would still have fun!!

That’s a great question and honestly, we’re not really sure! It’s the first Saturday of Mardi Gras, so it might draw out more locals than usual. We’d probably estimate higher crowds for February, but not like spring break levels or anything.

We always suggest making them as early as possible if there is somewhere you are sure that you want to eat! We try to make them at least a month in advance!

There's a virtual line pass system for day guests to ride the floats. It begins at noon each day. The F&B card is actually a pretty good deal for AP! Passholders get a discount on the F&B card itself (like the $75 one I bought was $65) and then, we also get our discount again when we use it on the individual food items. Also, the F&B card cannot be used at the Tribute Store because the treats in there are considered merch. Are you guys going to be able to come down for it?

We are! We’ll be down there early March and we’re so excited! It seems like the only real difference they made from the lanyards last year is that your discount is pre-determined because it’s dollar based. You can’t purposely purchase the most expensive ones. That’s interesting about the tribute store food, though! I don’t think we’d heard that yet!

"...these cards can be used at any food location in CityWalk, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay, and Universal Studios Florida and never expire." The price of the cards is same for everyone, you WILL get your passholder discount at the booth, the same as if you paid cash then.

Premier Passes have no blackout dates. You can go any day for any concert.

Loki’s correct! The only pass that’s blocked out of all the concerts is the seasonal. The power pass is blocked out for about a week in March, but they have access to all the other concerts outside those dates! Preferred passes don’t have any blockout dates either.
