All these monuments in this sanctuary is more than 1000 years old. These were constructed by the chola kings who were great devotees of Shiv Bhagwan. Theses monuments have good resemblance with Tamil architecture and many shivlings in south India are having good resemblance with the monuments of Vietnam. ASI is trying to protect these centuries old architecture . Just to save the existing monuments. Good work by ASI.

I just listened in the video that you were telling that lord shiva has two sons and one name they say as kanda . It's a Tamil word known as kanthan which is the other name of Lord Murugan or Lord Karthikeya. Vietnam had big influence of Tamil Emperors like Raja Raja Cholan and Rajendra Cholan.
