We eat ugali with matumbo (tripe) and sukuma wiki.Then chapati (wrap) goes with some sort of stew could be meat,plant protein like lentils, beans.Mokimo (the mashed potatoes with peas) can be eaten with beef stew.Depending on where you are from, these dishes could be main dishes or side dishes.Thanks for trying our food guys, loved watching this.
