When Jesus said "The Father is greater than I" he was referring to his humanity. When Jesus said "I and the Father are one" he referred to his divinity. God having taken on the human appearance. Not a different separate God, but the same One God. That is given us as the example of Who gave us to be: God in human appearance. The appearance of the sinful flesh. But still being God, not the appearance of the sinful flesh. That is Who we really are, thanks to God Who is infinitely great pure altruistic Love. Do not believe Satan who will try to make you deny the Good News of the greatness of God's love for you. Satan can make himself appear to be a messenger of God, fabricating stories and making things appear in this world to deceive us. If a human parent already wills that all of their children be at least as happy as the parent is, and if possible even happier, not less happy, shall God our Creator love us less than a human parent loves us, and not will for us that also we be as perfectly happy as He is? And willing it, can God then not also accomplish it? God is accomplishing it by appearing in this world as each and every one of us, undergoing all our sufferings as us, until He comes to His happy Self and Life in us. As a born Muslim when I read the Quran, sometimes I cry with tears and other times I smile, both experiences are extremely spiritual and soothing and I just feel that The Almighty is so near to me that He knows everything, even the innermost I can think about and the answers I am looking for, they are just there in front of my eyes in real time. I also had a similar experience, the only difference is that I asked God for only one thing. I told Him, first of all, that I wanted to worship Him on the right path, I had already read the Qur'an, but I had doubts and fear that I would not know how to choose. I always had a knack for dreams, I even have many that come true. I used this and asked God that, in the course of a week, he would grant me to see in a dream what the right path was, without missing a single night. What was my surprise when, every night, I dreamed With the Koran in Arabic, without knowing any Arabic, I dreamed with Muslims and with the call to prayer in Arabic. The Koran in Arabic, I suppose it was, but I did recognize the call to prayer, because I had heard it before, being with Muslims. You just have to go to God with total sincerity and without prejudice, and God always shows the way. But many people have too many prejudices and are obstacles to finding the right path.

Thanks my dear sister. One thing u have to consider, though you have taken a decision is that you dont rely only one point and take a jump to conclude. 1. Jesus did not say worship me. But he accepted worship (the 10 lepers healed but only 1 returned... this is among many). 2. Jesus cannot in his plan go about asking people I AM GOD, WORSHIIP ME. I AM GOD, WORSHIP ME. And he taught... Know them by the fruit. Matthew 7, 15.... Please go back to the bible and read about Jesus and all he prophecied and did. Read also again about Mohammed and all that he has done (know also that Islam denies many things Jesus taught). Compare the life styles of the two. Compare also what the eye witnesses wrote about him. Islam has rejected most of the eye witnesses accounts which came almost 600 years before the birth of Islam. Finally know that you can not get all the facts about Islam and Mohammed from the English edition of the Quoran. As many facts have been taken away from it or have been toned down. The Arab language edition has real facts, and if you cannot read arab language how can you make the proper decision. It is even very difficult for you to get that real copy. Bible was written not at the time the original Gospel was spoken. It was written by an unknown writer(or so I hear) who claims the words they wrote are Gospel according to disciples without writing the chain of narration so it's considered as weak witness. To avoid confusion, IMO, we should stop talking about specific holy books, instead, we should look at the universal language/truth through science and philosophy. I'd recommend you to keep in mind about two things, first, causality law, confirm yourself first which type you are, infinite chain believer or finite chain believer? the second thing is the principle of energy, how does it exist? where is the source? Observe the nature with those 2 understanding concepts. From there you could filter out which one is the false concept of God and which one is closer to the truth. May you found the truth.
