Theragun Prime and Mini Review

Golfshake equipment expert Ryan Rastall tests out the Theragun Prime and Theragun Mini from technology company Therabody. Both products feature percussive therapy technology and are aimed at providing benefits for multi sport and multi activity use, including golf, focusing on either warmup, treatment or recovery.
Therabody describe the products as 'Massage Reinvented' and provide a range of programmes for a variety of uses and activities through their smartphone app with each programme providing a unique set-up allowing the products to deliver differing speed, depth and duration when in use.
Ryan tested both products over a number of weeks and incorporated the devices into his regular activities both on and off the golf course and for both golf and non golf use.
