The Spanish bought the title of (Eastern) Roman Emperor from the last Byzantine Emperor, and the Netherlands later declared independence from Spain and beat them out of the country, so surely the Netherlands is a Roman province and Willem is the true Roman Emperor? /s but somehow forming the Roman Empire as the NLs would be hilarious.

Not being silly here, either. the gap is so vast for me without the qualifier there's no point in listing other favorite countries.
