16 year old here, mosh pits certainly still exist, but nowadays the youth align more with hip hop than rock, so at more wild and crazy artists like Playboi Carti’s shows the crowd goes absolutely wild like these shows from the 90’s, its not so much that moshing has died down it has just switched genres and that’s bound to happen in 20-30 years time

Whoa! Boy, dem struggle vocals. lol. But everyone is having fun and that's where it counts. I heard this song on a commercial and remembered I had heard it years ago. Then, it was just a song to listen to when it came on the radio. I didn't know the lyrics and based on the commercial it was in I thought it was a workout anthem of some kind. When I heard it I was like, wow I have to find it and the thing that stuck out the most was the voice. Long story short I found another song with him singing and then I found this song. The lyrics were sad as hell and nothing like what I thought. But a great song none the less and there is something about his voice that allows him to sing it the way it has to be sung.

Back when a young man with honest vocal talent could listen to a live performance and realize he has an ability. Now days with real time editing and pitch correction software, there is a modern day Pavarotti who thinks he fucking sucks, because he is comparing himself with a fake world of artificial perfection.
