A few years back i had fairly bad social anxiety and was hopelessly addicted to cigarettes. After listening to this song (and absolutely loving it 🤘) i decided that every time my anxiety or cravings came about i would sing " FUCK YOU I WONT DO WHAT YOU TELL ME" to my fears. I did it over and over again and it really helped. In fairness i did listen to the song every morning for a month to drum it into my head.
