It's becoming more of a "machine", than it ever was. In days gone by they needed a willing organisation of people to spy on and/or control their fellow humans. In the future, trans-humanism (electronic implants) and artificial intelligence will control us automatically without the need for an army of lackeys. Programable crypto-currency will mean that our masters will control what we can and cannot buy easily and remotely without needing to give orders to anyone. Stop pay waving and insist on using cash.

Their live performance at Pinkpop 1993 is why I consider their debut album as the angriest debut album I’ve ever listened to next to Korn’s debut album which is ironic since both Zack de la Rocha and Jonathan Davis sported dreadlocks and had an extremely aggressive and venomously energetic on stage presence, not to mention both debut albums had distressing cover art.

There is alot of evidence that the f u attitude, hyper-individualism, and each for himself attitude is actually part of extreme capitalism and the system that is literally killing the planet and people. Social movements that have succeeded to change things for people had strong communities, strong sense of responsibility to others, sacrifice for eachother, empathy and trust. A f-u attitude does nothing if we don't care for each other, the planet, and work together.

@@mel3256 I made a mistake including" don't give a fuck attitude" because that can be interpreted in so many ways. See how I didn't include "government".Good luck with influencing politicians or even you become one, good luck changing the world as a politician. Even you becoming "rich" whatever that means, you can't do shit. In order to help your communities, you need some funds and that is where capitalism comes to play. I’m 72, became a metalhead three years ago and cannot get enough of it. I absolutely love RATM! Sometimes, I like to call them rage against the washing machine !😮 😂😂😂 When you get old, sometimes that’s what you do to entertain yourself. 😊❤

Yes but a big problem is that getting that type of energy and message amplified nowadays is not easy. They took people by surprise and the energy snowballed, no stopping. Same issues still exist but unfortunately music has become a medium for the masses to get over a bad break up instead of contemplate human inequality and get thousands of people pissed about it....and rage the fuck out doing so. Where did rock and roll go? Where did stadiums on the brink of collapse filled to the brim with people with two middle fingers up screaming “fuck the system” yet loving everyone around them at the same time go? I dunno, but it sure ain’t dead, it’s just sleeping.

You know I've been to a lot of concerts. Danzig , Marilyn Manson , Korn , Metallica , Ministry , White zombie , Lincoln Park , Stone Temple pilots , Candlebox , Suicidal tendencies and many more. I never had a chance to go see these guys but all those concerts I went to , rage was with me because this was the last song I would listen to in the car before I went to every concert to get me pumped up for the mosh pit cuz I was in every mosh pit in all those concerts. Thank you, Rage against the machine Love you guys!🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
