Thats what's wrong with the world today. Always getting their feelings hurt. Keep doing what you're doing Dave. And his cohost knows how he is. If they don't like it, quit!

ya'll need to do some conversations where you revisit callers, the last guy with the side hustle made me think of this, the advice is all good and great but not knowing how it turns out kinda defeats the point, especially on ones like this, where there is a big gray area and it could go different ways. love the content by the way

One show week at a specific time I'd like to hear a follow up call. I have to laugh when Dave says to somebody, "I know you're not gonna follow my advice but this is what you should do." I often wonder what they did
@deb98064 ай бұрын
I think they must have thought of that, but maybe the results weren't so great or hard to prove. For instance I've read on just a few sites, people who did debt free scream and didn't give up credit cards and another who was honest and they wouldn't let him so matter how great his story. One got through the callers and when he said he had one more emergency that outdid his savings (comfort) he was irritated but already congratulated the guy. I know with makeover shows for makeup./lifestyle and tiny house shows, they found that wasn't a good idea. It's better to let people stay with the original high of the moment.

Good question. Have you performed any research on your own? Mr. Ramsey may not be the correct platform for your request. Sperm banks all have rules that one must abide by. And some may not align with your Christian values. Start digging and see what you find. It is easy enough to do if one knows how to perform research on line. Good luck to you.

You have a zero credit score and get a mortgage through Manual Underwriting
@Truckerdaddy4 ай бұрын
Minimum required credit score for a conventional mortgage is 640. But there are programs for first time home buyers and low credit home buyers. Or as one person said Manual Underwriting is a way to go. Another way to do it is Owner finance which is what I did. I rented my house for 3.5yrs and pitched the idea of me buying it to my landlord. They accepted. My rent went from $750 a month to $819 a month for 10yrs. Plus there's a 3nd house on the property that had tenants that got transferred to me. I collect $550 a month from them. My situation is nowhere near typical and I know that. But there are so many ways to buy a home, folks just don't want to do the extra leg work.

Dave doesn't want you to care about credit score, he wants no score, undetectable.
