She's already getting off easy, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if they made it even easier by letting her out after 2-3 years on some loophole. I'm not a legal expert, but I'll bet they'll use every avenue available to be as lenient as possible... smh, the world we live in.

The most time she can get off for good behavior in a federal prison is 54 days per year. So over 11 years, that's around a year and a half off of her sentence. So she should do at least 9.5 years in prison. Only problem is that she will be serving time at one of those minimum security country club prisons.

@@wiseowl7336 that's great insight -- she'll definitely be in a country club prison!

How ironic if while behind bars she joins the Crips. Maybe in prison she'll get a face tattoo, not a teardrop but a blood drop.

Let's cut the dance and be honest people. The Judge had sympathy for Homles because he fell victim to her female manipulation. She got knocked up on purpose and used it the same way Harvey Weinstein used that walker to make himself appear feeble. The judge just couldn't bring himself to throw the book at a pregnant woman. If you ask me, what she did should have her in prison for the rest of her bitchy life. She literally played with people's lives. Every patient who got one of those fraudulent tests should sue her civilly. 11 years is a slap on the rest and is too less of a punishment for the crimes she committed. I dgaf if she's a woman. Treat her like the criminal psychopath she is.

She's going to a cushy white-collar crime prison; she'll end up in either Alderson or Bryan. These places have Tennis courts, Wi-Fi access and all types of classes to pass the time. It won't be fun, but it won't be as terrible as it is for most female inmates.

I don't think she should serve any prison time as the only people she victimized were already billionaires. The money she took from them is but a drop in the ocean when it comes to the amount of massive wealth these men had. Serves them right for having greed on their mind when encountering a business that is literally and physically impossible. One drop of blood to run multiple tests is against physics. If you have a billion dollars and you don't already know that, you deserve to lose every penny. I don't know why everyone is hating on this woman so much. All she did was figure out how to move money from rich men's bank accounts into her own. She did what everyone on the planet strives to do. Sure she lied, but who doesn't. I haven't known one salesman in any industry that doesn't stretch the truth about what they're selling. This woman needs a trophy and mandatory visits to a psychiatrist. 11 years in prison is way too harsh. That's what rapists get. Again, all she did was what everyone else strives to do.

You should read the book Bad Blood. Or listen to the podcast of the same name. She terrorized former employees. Had then followed, threatened to sue them. She’s a monster who did a lot more than rip off old people. She is a bully of the worst kind.

@@ThinkLions frankly my first comment was me just playing devil's advocate and trolling to see if I could catch anyone off guard. I've been the victim of con artists and seen the impact that they can have on entire communities. If you do a Google search for horse cave, Kentucky a con man by the name of Sean stilts rolled in and told everyone he was filming a movie. He had at least 6 millionaire investors that believed he was going to create a Christian film. They renovated all of downtown spending millions of dollars of other people's money in the process. Nothing ever came of it. He had people working all around him who never received paychecks. Sean ended up living in that renovated apartment above the old bank building. I was hired as a chef to help revitalize the Midway Cafe, I had a menu, a food truck order, a staff, and the owner backing me. Sean rolled in and convinced the owner to give him full control and she did. Needless to say the restaurant closed and Sean is currently spending 5 years in prison for kidnapping.
