How much difference is the truggy compared to the buggy can you convert the truggy to a buggy pretty cheap
@byzone06323 жыл бұрын
No, if you want both buy both. To convert the truck to a buggy you would need: Chassis $90, eb48 2.0 front and rear shock towers $80, eb48 2.0 shocks give or take $120 shorter front and rear drive shafts shorter universals, shorter arms, and there are probably more things that I am forgetting. Overall it’s best to just get both
@Rob-tl9md3 жыл бұрын
chassis arms shocks body. That be a no

Parts, build and quality - the Tekno wins by a bit, IMO. The TLR is nice, but loses on a crucial step/part missing in the manual and overall unlikable items like the motor mount. I prefer the Tekno motor mount and in general, all of the electronics mounts in the Tekno.

Racer. This is looking like an awesome kit from Tekno, sadly also desperately needs an aftermarket body that covers the front shock tower, though looking at the second set of mounting positions for the body mounts they definitely knew it was coming. Not only does this look incredibly ugly imo, it's also not ideal for newer drivers who might be flipping their car more often than a pro. If you have a body covering the tower it will not dig into the dirt surface if you land on it. Sure it won't be able to fend off a "death blow" but I already see my fair share of bent Buggy shock towers after seemingly small incidents. This thing is both heavier and the shock tower is longer, creating much more leverage.

It all depends on how you out fit it....but it's highly unlikely that the demographic that this truck will target won't already have a radio, batteries and charger.
