I had the wltoys 12428 and it broke after 2 weeks, the drive shaft broke and you couldn't repair it anymore. Now I bought the feiyue fy08 and it comes in 6 days

For an inexpensive, brushed, buggy this thing is AMAZING value. Im so glad they finally listened and made a 10th scale vehicle, and I hope they do a 2wd buggy or even better a 2wd stadium truck in 10th scale next. I feel like theyre gonna spark a HUGE resurgence in the hobby because 300-400 dollars (bare minimum) for an RC of marginal quality was the norm before now to get started. As for the fan, it is heat activated, but if you want it to always run you can always put it in the LED slot and it will, though its not necessary.

There is talk of a brushless version in the works. and there has been a carbon fibre set released to replace the aluminium parts. The only thing I think it needs is a slipper clutch to reduce the shock loading on the drive gears ( they are breaking the drive gears in the front). I am waiting on one.

Another great video that had me laughing !! Just watching you two together, being a couple, and enjoying RC and having fun, I may watch more for that than anything !! On another note, that guy who launches everything at a skateboard park, well , he isn't a very nice guy. I unsubbed from him. You guys, on the other hand, are for real, and you never put anyone down. That's why I continue to Pateron your channel. This seems like a great starting point, if you like building / modifying your RC's. No, it's not an Armma, Traxxas , etc. Not everyone wants to spend that kind of dough. Some of us are not " professionals" , we just want to have fun, without breaking the bank. Some of the others are plugging the fan into the light plug because it's powers always on so the fan is constantly on and keeping the esc cool! Also dont worry there was 11 years between the middle brother and myself my parents never thought they would have another son there was three of us butbwe lost our oldest brother last year. Love your videos keep it up

Very impressive it was able to handle Bash mountain with those tires. The condition of the ground was apparently just right. Some Good driving Nate. There is so much room in that thing for a huge motor and components. With extra cooling. I have a 4076 2250KV KK series motor and 150A esc, etc. Still waiting for the car, and I reckon you guys are a bit slow with the massive motors already. ;)

Phillips screws are easy to damage from torque when you put them in and take out. Hex screws are more durable in this regard.

From what I've seen on others put the fan into the light socket on the esc and the fan stays on all time

I was pretty surprised when you mentioned the 7 minute run time in your first video on this buggy since that was far from what I experienced. Then I saw the box and understood why you mentioned it. That 7 minute thing is too conservative. You can easily double it on a full batt, even with the kind of stress you put it through.
